Deliveries to UK recipients are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. A Saturday service is available to the majority of UK destinations. Deliveries are typically between 7.00 am and 1pm.

We deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed.

Trailers

Trailers are usually collected from our workshop in Pontefract. We also offer a free local delivery service, and if you live further afield we can still deliver to your door, to get a price please contact us with your enquiry and address.
